Steamed rice topped with karaage chicken thigh, char-grilled bok choy, pickled red onions, house aioli drizzle, cilantro.

Cold Smoked Pork Belly Buns —

Steamed buns with cold smoked chasu pork belly, housemade pickles, house yuzu aioli and cilantro.

Spicy Miso Ramen —

Tonkotsu pork broth, spicy miso tare, shio, chili oil, pork shoulder, corn, roasted tomatoes, charred green onion ends, soft egg, bean sprouts, green onions.


Japanese Curry with Katsu Pork —

Crispy katsu pork, served alongside a house vegetable medley cooked in our Asian curry and a side of white rice. The curry has layers of flavor and the pork is cooked soft and tender.

Japanese Cheesecake —

A beautiful combination of a cheesecake and a sponge cake. This light and fluffy dessert is delicate but elegant in flavor and texture. Served as a 5 inch round cake.

Served with miso butterscotch or a rotating fruit jam.

Chocotorta —

An Argentinian dessert, made with chocolate cake-like cookies dipped in milk and then layered between rich dulce de leche cream. Finished with fresh berries.
