All desserts, like authentic Japanese Honey Toast, will be made in-house at our French Patisserie, which is located on-site. 🥗 Our Sesame Miso Salad is made with locally sourced APE Aquaponics greens!

🇨🇳 We create a blend of these amazing greens using bibb and romaine lettuce, which is mixed with fresh house-cut vegetables. This blend is then paired with our house made Miso Ginger Dressing.

This salad is delicious on its own, but can be elevated by adding any of our protein options, like crispy Karaage Chicken, braised Chashu Chicken, or Soy Protein!

💧 Evansville's own APE Aquaponics grows greens using an aquaponic growing technique that uses recycled rainwater, tilapia, LED lighting, and lettuce grown from seeds. All APE products are non-GMO and use no artificial fertilizers or insecticides. Using fertilizer from cold-blooded fish, the final product is almost completely eliminated of bacterial contamination. This product delivers crisper, fresher, and more flavorful greens than anything you can find at a store!
