In the Patisserie, or French pastry hub, you’ll find a variety of decadent pastries ranging from vegan hand pies to our signature layered French Donut, all created with careful technique. On the savory side (coming soon), expect your favorite Asian cuisine classics elevated to the next level with the incorporation of elements from the Patisserie. Think airy, sweet Japanese milk bread or crisp croissants meshed with Banh Mi and Katsu sandwiches. Yeah, we’re hungry now too.

🇯🇵 Our Miso Butterscotch is sweet, but slightly salty, with a touch umami essence, perfectly balanced from becoming too sweet! Basically, if you love salted caramel, then you will LOVE this! ☺️

The "Croissant Waffle" product is taking the culinary world by storm. It is spreading throughout S.E. Asia and the U.S. Market in large metropolitan cities like NYC.

🥐 Our Bakers use the finest ingredients and authentic techniques to create delectable European Pastries for our shop. We used these same attributes to further elevate this amazing new product that this region has never seen!

Most shops making this product use frozen dough pressed in a waffle iron for quick and easy service, but anyone who has stopped by our shop knows that this is not how we roll!

👩‍🍳 Our NEW "Craffles" are made 100% from scratch using our FRESH, NEVER FROZEN, Croissant dough. Each batch of dough takes 3 days to laminate (Folding dough and butter multiple times to create hundreds of buttery layers), and rise. We then make each "Craffle" portion thicker and fuller than the S.E. Asian and NYC counterparts to create a bigger and better waffle feel.

🥯 Our Bagels take on the texture of a "traditional" bagel, being more chewy in texture, which comes from poaching the dough in a honey solution to give them their signature chewy crust, and then baking them at a high temp to develop the crispy exterior texture!

When thinking of a bagel, most of us think of a grocery store bagel, which has a fluffier interior and soft shell. This is because these are not poached at all, and is only baked in a steam injected oven, which creates a bread texture.
