⭐️ “My first ramen restaurant and what a fantastic introduction. Reservations only for six or more, but the wait was just 20 minutes on a Friday evening — you can order with the hostess and be served in the adjoining pizza parlor/waiting area if you like; I’d recommend waiting for the excellent dining room tho. Conversely, you can order pizza while in the dining room if you like. The restaurant is artfully converted from an old biscuit factory and has much character. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. The food we ordered turned out to be my best meal in memory. We agreed that you just can’t stop eating! I had the birria bowl. Excellent. Others had the spicy miso and signature smoked bowls. Both fantastic. We finished with a shared Honey Bread dessert — a destination dessert imo. We did not sample the wines or beers or the cocktails but we watched the obviously talented mixologists shake a bunch of them up. It won’t be my last ramen experience I can tell you.”
