🌽 Oxacan Harvest is smokey with a touch of Chile ancho liquor and an elote corn liqueur. The oregano syrup makes this a savory, well balanced cocktail.
🥭 Lucid Dreams is an elevated mango margarita with a mango vanilla bean syrup, plus Liqueur 43 which gives it a bright orange vanilla note. Paired with our Yakami Orchards yuzu juice for a refreshing kick and finished with a bit of ancho chile liqueur and boom, you’re lucid dreaming! She’s a little sweet and a little spicy.
🌿 Mixteca Mojito is refreshing and bubbly. There`s a hint of smokiness from the Mezcal, which is washed with a mint oleo saccharum, and the lime juice is clarified. It may look like water, but you`ll taste the mint, lime, mezcal, and rum!

🍜 The Signature Smoked Ramen is our best selling ramen, and we believe it’s in large part because of the extra steps we take to make it different!

🍖The pork belly starts with the typical chashu process, but we go even further by cold smoking it, which really brings this meat flavor to another level. Our house-made black garlic oil adds an additional layer of smokiness to the dish. We create it by frying garlic chips to 3 levels of doneness - light, regular, and charred - and then ground them up and diffuse them into the oil.

🥢 Our Buffalo Karaage Rice Bowl is a type of donburi, and it consists of karaage chicken thigh tossed in our tangy buffalo sauce, char-grilled bok choy, pickled red onions, yuzu aioli drizzle, and green onion. It’ll send a good kick to your taste buds!

🪻 Be sure to try this month’s exclusive new cocktail, April Showers! A riff off the classic Aviation, we add our house-made lavender ube syrup and egg whites to bring forward notes of spring and a frothy texture.

🍸 Ube is a southeast Asian purple yam that has a slightly nutty flavor with a hint of vanilla, and it pairs very well with the lavender syrup. It also gives this cocktail its vibrant purple color!
