๐Ÿ’› Drew went from running the front counter at Pangea Kitchen to managing the bar, teaching himself everything he could about bartending and being voted best bartender in Evansville shortly after. With the opening of 2nd Language, Drew designed the bar service area, created the cocktail program, and has been running the bar since our opening.
