Tom Yum Soup —

The soup base is made with shrimp, spicy thai chili, and sour citrus. Served with white rice, bok choy, pickled onions, beech mushrooms, tender juicy shrimp and a large tiger prawn, and garnished with cilantro, thai basil, and a lime wedge.

Tofu

Marinated in a southeast Asian marinade Consisting of garlic, ginger, black bean paste called Douchi, And fermented chili paste called Gochujang. The marinade gives it a sweet earthy flavor. It’s then battered with potato starch and deep fried.

All desserts, like authentic Japanese Honey Toast, will be made in-house at our French Patisserie, which is located on-site.
